Where requests are processed
Each project runs in one region: the United States or the European Union. We send requests only to Claude models hosted by Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI in that region.
Model training
Amazon and Google state that prompts and outputs sent through Bedrock and Vertex AI are not used to train models. See Amazon Bedrock security and Vertex AI data governance.
Retention
How long we keep request data, logs and code is agreed with each customer and written into the contract.
