Duosien
Code review

How the GitHub app reviews your pull requests.

Duosien Code Review is a GitHub app. It reads the changes in a pull request, asks Claude on Amazon Bedrock for a review, and posts the result back as a normal GitHub review.

When it runs

  • When a pull request is opened, reopened, or marked ready for review.
  • Optionally, on every new push to the pull request.
  • Draft pull requests are skipped unless you turn them on.
  • Anyone with write access can comment @duosien-review review to run it again.

What it posts

  • A summary at the top with an overall assessment: looks good, comments, or changes recommended.
  • Inline comments on the changed lines, each with a severity (Critical, Major, Minor, Nit) and a category such as bug, security, performance or testing.
  • A GitHub suggestion you can commit in one click, where the exact replacement is clear.
  • A status check named "Duosien Code Review". Its result is always neutral, so it never blocks a merge.

What it skips

  • Lock files, build output, minified files, images and other binary files.
  • Very large changes: up to 60 files and about 180,000 characters of diff are reviewed per pull request. Skipped files are listed in the review.

What it does not do

  • It does not approve, block, merge, push or change code.
  • It does not read repositories you have not selected.
  • It is not a chat assistant and does not give anyone general access to Claude.
