Subscription terms
These terms are the agreement between Duosien Technology LLC ("Duosien", "we") and the business that subscribes to Duosien Code Review ("you"). By paying for a subscription, you accept these terms on behalf of your business and confirm that you are authorized to do so.
1. Who can subscribe
- Subscriptions are for businesses only, not for personal or household use.
- Your business must be registered in, and operate from, a country or region supported by Anthropic. It must not be more than 50% owned, directly or indirectly, by companies headquartered in a region Anthropic does not support, and it must not be subject to US or other applicable sanctions.
- The information you give us must be accurate. Tell us within 30 days if your company's ownership changes.
2. The service
Duosien Code Review is a GitHub app that reviews pull requests in the repositories you select, as described on our code review page. Reviews are generated by AI using Claude on Amazon Bedrock.
3. Activation
We enable your organization after we have verified your company and received your first payment, normally within one business day of payment. If we cannot enable your organization, we refund that payment in full.
4. Fees
- $39 per seat per month, or $390 per seat per year. A seat is one engineer whose pull requests are reviewed.
- Each seat includes 200 reviews per month, shared across your organization. Unused reviews do not carry over. When the limit is reached, reviews pause until the next month. We do not charge for usage above the limit.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, VAT and similar taxes, which you pay where they apply.
5. Billing and automatic renewal
- We charge in advance at the start of each monthly or yearly period, through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- For yearly subscriptions, we email you at least 7 days before each renewal.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. It applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
6. Changing seats
You can add seats at any time; they are charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. Seats you remove are removed at your next renewal.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time through the link in your Stripe receipt or by writing to [email protected].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The service continues until then.
- Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except as set out in section 3 or where the law requires.
8. Late payment
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it is still unpaid 15 days after it was due, we may pause the service after notifying you, and resume it once you pay.
9. Acceptable use
- Use the service only to review code, in line with Anthropic's Usage Policy.
- Connect only repositories you are authorized to share with us.
- Do not try to use the service to obtain general access to Claude, resell or share access to the service outside your business, get around usage limits or region restrictions, or interfere with the service.
10. Your code and data
You keep all rights to your code and to the reviews. We process your code only to produce reviews, we do not store it, and we do not use it to train any model, as described on our Security & data page. Our data processing agreement, including the standard contractual clauses for EU customers, forms part of these terms and is available at [email protected].
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend the service if you break section 9, if continuing would breach sanctions law or our providers' terms, if payment is overdue as described in section 8, or to address a security risk. Either party may end the subscription for a material breach that is not fixed within 30 days of written notice. When the subscription ends, the app stops reviewing and we delete your records as described in our privacy policy.
12. AI-generated reviews
Reviews can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for deciding whether to apply a suggestion. We do not promise that the service will find every issue.
13. Warranties and liability
Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Changes to these terms
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes. They apply from your next renewal.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
